甲氧基-聚乙二醇-磷脂酰乙醇胺，mPEG-DSPE是形成脂质体的优良材料，可用于基因转染和疫苗传递，药物运输。亦可用于靶向用药。磷脂具有疏水性和亲水性。仅用于科研，不可用于诊治。MPEG-DSPE 是DSPE（二硬脂酰磷脂酰乙醇胺）的PEG（聚乙二醇）衍生物，因聚乙二醇末端采用了甲氧基封端，使PEG部分失活不能继续反应，因此称为MPEG。
